Satin

Satin is a tightly woven, smooth fabric made from long-staple cotton using a twill weave. Its subtle sheen resembles silk. Satin is durable, keeps its color well, and is easier to iron — a great choice for those who prefer low-maintenance bedding. Traditional satin is made from 100% cotton, but you can also find polyester blends. Blended satin is stronger, but absorbs moisture worse and may pill after washing.

We offer solid color PREMIUM satin and patterned satin.

Jersey

Jersey is soft, drapes well, hugs the mattress tightly, and resists wrinkling. It’s an ideal fabric for fitted sheets. Jersey can be 100% cotton or blended with synthetic fibers. Thin jersey stretches more and loses shape faster, so we recommend thicker, tightly-knit jersey for long-lasting bedding.

We offer thick jersey fitted sheets in different sizes and colors.

Flannel

Flannel is a medium-weight brushed cotton fabric with a soft surface. Both sides are brushed to create a fluffy texture, giving the fabric warmth and a cozy feel. Over time, this fluff washes away and may form pills. Denser flannel is more durable.

To preserve flannel’s softness, wash on a gentle cycle and use a laundry bag to reduce friction. Higher-quality flannel with trimmed fibers stays smooth longer — even after many washes.

Percale

Percale is a thin, tightly woven fabric made with a plain weave. It can be 100% cotton or a cotton-polyester blend (usually 50% cotton and 50% polyester). Percale is much denser than regular cotton, smooth, strong, and matte. Both solid and printed percale fabrics are excellent for bedding.

Crinkled Fabric

Crinkled fabric can be either 100% cotton or a blend of cotton and synthetics. Pure cotton crinkled fabric offers all the benefits of cotton, with the added bonus of being wrinkle-free — no ironing needed. The same applies to blended crinkled fabrics, which are processed to maintain their crinkled texture. However, the textured surface is not for everyone.

Silk

Silk is a natural fabric produced from the cocoons of mulberry silkworms. The highest quality silk is reeled from long fibers found inside the cocoon, with some fibers stretching up to a kilometer.

Silk clothing and bedding are comfortable year-round — it warms you when it’s cold and cools you when it’s hot. Silk can absorb up to half its weight in moisture, efficiently wicking sweat away from your skin. However, sweat can leave stubborn stains on silk, and improper care can weaken the fibers. Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve silk’s beauty and color.

Canvas

Canvas is a plain weave cotton fabric with identical front and back sides. It can be bleached, dyed, or printed. Canvas is widely used for sheets and pillowcases because of its durability. The quality depends on the thickness and density of the threads — thinner threads and tighter weaves create higher-quality canvas.

Bleached, dyed, or printed lightweight canvas works well for bedding and summer clothes thanks to its breathability and moisture absorption. Thicker canvas is best for sheets.

We offer a wide selection of solid and patterned canvas fabrics.

Calico

Calico is a lightweight, plain weave cotton fabric, available in solid colors or prints. It’s usually made from medium-coarse yarn. While often used for summer clothes and sleepwear, calico can also be used for bedding — though it’s less durable than other fabrics.

Damask

Damask is the most luxurious type of satin. It’s glossy like satin, but its patterns are woven into the fabric using jacquard weaving techniques, creating textured, raised designs. The patterns are usually the same color as the background but can also be woven in contrasting colors. Damask bedding is considered premium and luxurious.

Polycotton

Polycotton blends cotton with synthetic fibers. It’s less durable than pure cotton but wrinkles less, dries faster, and is easier to iron. The fabric quality depends heavily on the cotton-to-polyester ratio. Blends with only 15% cotton feel mostly synthetic, while blends with 65% cotton offer better comfort and breathability.

However, polycotton is less breathable and tends to pill over time.

Linen

Linen is a coarse, heavy, and extremely durable fabric. It’s perfect for summer thanks to its ability to wick moisture and regulate temperature, while also providing warmth in winter. Linen is naturally antibacterial and ideal for people with allergies.

Although breathable and comfortable, linen wrinkles easily and requires more care when washing and ironing.

Lyocell (Tencel)

Lyocell, also known as Tencel, is a sustainable fiber made from wood pulp sourced only from responsibly managed forests. It’s biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Tencel combines the best properties of other fibers — it absorbs moisture better than cotton, feels as soft as silk, keeps you warm like wool, and stays cool like linen.

Microfiber

Microfiber is a synthetic fabric made from ultra-fine polyester and polyamide fibers. These fibers are up to 100 times thinner than a human hair. Thanks to special processing, microfiber fabrics are soft and pleasant to touch, often mistaken for satin or silk.

However, like all synthetic fibers, microfiber tends to generate static electricity. If you want to avoid waking up with frizzy hair, natural fiber bedding might be a better choice.
